Mentoring

There's a certain kind of engineering knowledge that doesn't live in docs or Stack Overflow, it lives in people. How to read a 10,000-line service and find the one line that matters. Why systems that have run for decades aren't magic; they're lakhs of tests from Pacts, integration, API, BDD, unit, functional, and everything in between. How to debug without panic. How to write code not just for the machine, but for the next engineer who inherits it at 2am.

That's what I enjoy passing on.
